
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre to Talk Politics on ‘The View’
During the week of June 20-24, 2022, ABC’s “The View” is all-new with appearances from actress Kristen Bell and new White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, among others. Meanwhile, look for Lindsey Granger to return as a guest co-host for two episodes.
In honor of America’s newest federal holiday, the show will celebrate Juneteenth with a performance from Kirk Franklin, Maverick City Music and Jordan Hollins.
What follows is a breakdown of scheduled guests for the week (subject to change):
- Monday, June 20 – “The View” honors Juneteenth with Ben Crump (“Civil”); Jon Batiste; performance from Kirk Franklin, Maverick City Music and Jordan Hollins
- Tuesday, June 21 – Lindsey Granger guest co-hosts; Kristen Bell (co-author, “The World Needs More Purple Schools”); “View Your Deal” with hottest items at affordable prices
- Wednesday, June 22 – Lindsey Granger guest co-hosts; Julie Andrews (“Minions: The Rise of Gru”); Luke Hemsworth (“Westworld”)
- Thursday, June 23 – The Political View with White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre
- Friday, June 24 – Performance from Regina Spektor (album, “Home, before and after”); Superfan surprise
Currently in its 25th season, “The View” panel consists of Whoopi Goldberg, original co-host Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, and Ana Navarro. The series airs weekdays at 11:00 a.m ET on ABC.
