The summer season is approaching quickly and talk about getting in shape has many people questioning how they can track their fitness progress. We spoke with Roy Ross, Chief Information Security Officer for OMNICOMMANDER about a few products that have helped him jump-start his “Hot Roy Summer”.
Ross focuses on three devices that help “hack” fitness and makes getting in shape easier. The first device, BioCoach, a wellness plan that measures both your glucose and ketone levels. Wyze Smart Scale is an important device to determine the correct amount of calories and exercise needed to reach your goals. By stepping on the scale, you are given a measurement of your body composition and helps determine your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). The final device Ross highlights is the Amazon Halo Band. This technology provides access to basic features like steps, heart rate, sleep time, and sleep tracking.
