SHE.Event brings black-owned businesses, networking, entertainment to Indiana State Fairgrounds – WISH-TV | Indianapolis News | Indiana Weather

A Scent of Sunshine is just one of the many vendors you can find at this weekend’s free SHE.Event at the Indiana State Fairgrounds Blue Ribbon Pavilion.

The Indiana-based business provides fragrances that set the ambiance for any occasion whether it be celebrating an event, entertaining or just simply relaxing. This includes candles, air fresheners, warming oils and perfume.

Erika Powell, owner of A Scent of Sunshine, joined us Friday on “Life.Style.Live!” to share more about her business and this weekend’s event.

Powell’s goal is to bring A Scent of Sunshine (a warm and inviting feel) to any occasion.      

You can shop for her products at the SHE.Event happening on Saturday, September 10 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1202 E. 38th Street Indianapolis, IN 46205.

The SHE.Xperience provides venues for Black-owned businesses to increase their customers and revenue, learn sound business practices, build relationships, and circulate their dollars within the Black community. It also includes live entertainment, a fashion show, shopping, food, music, prizes and more.

A Scent of Sunshine products can also be found at the S.H.E. Marketplace at the Circle Center Mall.
