SOMETIMES YOU CAN NOTICE THESE THGSIN IN YOURSELF AND SOMETIMES IT CAN BE DIFFICULT TO NOTICE IN OTHER PEOPLE MIGHT NOTEIC A CHANGEN I YOU. THERE’S NO NEED TO HOLD IN THE FEELINGS AND FACT IT’S BETRTE FOR YOUR MIND AND BODY IF YOU REACH OUT ANDN I THOSE KINDS OF CIRCUMSTANCES IT AS ROBIN SAID, IT’S REALLY IMPORTANT. TO TALK TO SOMEBODY AND IF THAT’S NOT ENOUGH REACH OUT TO YOUR DOCTOR OR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER FOR MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES WITHOUT FEELING GUILTY AND STAY AWAY FROM SUBSTANCES LIKE ALCOHOL AND DRUGS, EVEN IF UYO FEEL LIKE, YOU KNOW, I’M DISTRESSED BUT MAYBE SOMEONE ELSE HAS IT WORSE, SO I DON’’ WANT TO SEEKUT O RESOURCES. IT’S REALLY IMPORTANT TO JUST GO AHEAD AND SEEK IT OU DTEFAULT TO SEEKING IT OUT. Saint Francis mental health providers describe how to deal with trauma following Tulsa mass shooting

The health system was the site of a mass shooting that claimed four lives and that of the shooter

Tulsa’s mass shooting put a target on the very people we count on to care for us.“These are our colleagues. We’re members of the Saint Francis Health System,” said Sahib Khalsa of Laureate Institute for Brain Research, Saint Francis. Saint Francis staff are recovering from the horrific reality of the shooting.
