At 9:46 p.m. Friday, officers responded to the intersection of Boston Avenue and South Sunset Street in reference to a car vs. motorcycle crash. This case is open for further investigation.
At 9:49 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane on a report of a burglary. A report was taken.
At 12:47 p.m. Saturday, Longmont officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Ninth Avenue for a possible trespassing issue. Unrelated arrests were made, and parties were issued a summons.
At 2:11 am. Saturday, Longmont police investigated criminal mischief in the 300 block of Main Street. At the same time, officers observed a physical disturbance in the area.
At 12:12 p.m. Saturday, an employee of a Longmont business reported to police a theft of merchandise in the 1200 block of South Hover Street. There are no investigative leads at this time.
Longmont police received a report at 12:26 p.m. Saturday from an employee of a Longmont business in the 800 block of South Main Street. The report stated that the employee’s vehicle had been vandalized while the vehicle was parked in the parking lot. There are no investigative leads at this time.
At 2:44 p.m. Saturday, a Longmont resident reported the theft of his vehicle’s rear license plate while the vehicle was parked on the street in the 1300 block of Terry Street. There are no investigative leads at this time.
Longmont police responded to the 200 block of Main Street at 7:39 p.m. Saturday in response to an escaped convicted offender. A report was taken.
At 8:13 p.m. Saturday, Longmont officers took a report on a vicious dog in the 500 block of Baker Street. The incident is still under investigation.
At 9:02 a.m. Friday, a Longmont police officer responded to a suspicious situation in the parking lot at 1750 Main St. Longmont Emergency Communications advised that a black Nissan Altima with the hood up was occupied by two parties who appeared to be passed out.
