FLORENCE, Wis. — Jeremy Richard Donaldson, 37, of Florence, Wis., died Monday, May 16, 2022.

Jeremy was born on Oct. 1, 1984 at 10:01 p.m.

Jeremy was affectionally known as “Ditch” by many of his friends growing up and was involved in many sports including soccer, football, and especially wrestling. He loved spending time with his friends and family and especially loved the San Francisco 49ers and Golden State Warriors.

Jeremy had a heart of gold and piercing blue eyes which he inherited from his “Gramma Ummies.” Jeremy’s greatest accomplishments in life are his son, Caleb, and overcoming addiction.

He is survived by his son, Caleb; parents, Daniel and Gail Donaldson; one brother, Alan (Stephanie) Donaldson; niece, Elliot; nephew, Emmett; Caleb’s siblings, Devin, Brody, and Rosalee, whom he loved as his own; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dick and Sue Steber, and Donald and Carrie Donaldson.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 24, from 9 until 11 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Florence, Wis. The Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, at 11 a.m., at the church. Rev. Fr. Albert Balderas will officiate.

Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery in Florence.
