In the Willowsford neighborhood, a six-bedroom home located at 41648 White Yarrow Court in Ashburn is on the market for $1,975,000.

The home was built in 2014 by Arcadia Homes and is in a highly-sought after community, according to listing agent Paul Bedewi of Bedewi, Duke & Associates with Keller Williams Realty.

“It does have a lot of great features and the construction quality is very high-end,” Bedewi said.

“Every inch has been customized,” he added. “The owners took it to another level.”

The exterior features extensive landscaping, a flagstone front porch and two indoor/outdoor spaces that are enclosed by large windows and can fully open to integrate them with the interior of the home.

Glass front doors open to the main level, which includes a living room, dining room, large powder room, study, family room and kitchen which is connected to a “dream” pantry, laundry room and mudroom area.

“Every bit of the home flows together and has a wow factor,” Bedewi said.

The home owners have added technology such as a built-in sound system. Security and lighting are all controlled by a phone, he said.

The kitchen features a large center island, high-end cabinetry, GE Monogram appliances and all of the light fixtures have been updated and replaced, he said.

Upstairs, there is a primary suite with a wet bar and sitting area. The primary bathroom has also been customized with tile and counters. The closets have been built-out as well, he said.

There are three additional bedrooms upstairs, also with custom closets. They share a homework room which can also be used as a secondary study.

The basement has been finished with a bedroom and bathroom suite, recreation room with wet bar, and the area under the stairs has been converted to a wine cellar. In addition, there is an exercise room, office space and large storage room.

Willowsford offers community swimming pools, a fitness center, biking and hiking trails, playgrounds and much more with 2,000 acres of land set aside for environmental preservation, recreation and agricultural use. It is a short driving distance to commuter routes, shopping and minutes from the future metro station in Ashburn.

“We are selling an experience here, this is truly a spectacular home,” Bedewi said.

There will be an open house on June 26 from 12 to 2 p.m. For more information, contact Bedewi at 703-430-9008.
