Read Time:1 Minute, 22 Second

Canopius Group, the London-based global specialty re/insurer, announced the launch of the “Canopius Tech & Data Hub” in Manchester, UK.

The Hub, which will begin operating early next year, will ensure that Canopius is developing the best possible solutions within the data and technology sphere, while also supporting its strategic goals to become a ‘future-focused’ business. The Hub’s establishment will result in the creation several new technology-focused roles at Canopius.

Manchester is the second largest UK centre for financial services and is home to many talented data and technology professionals, making it the perfect location to launch Canopius’ Tech & Data Hub.

Kate Roy, Group Chief Operating Officer said: “Canopius has been making significant strides within the technology and data field over the past few years, and the creation of the Hub is the latest example of our investment in our digital capabilities. The establishment of this new entity aligns with Canopius’ recent commitment to focus on technology and data and to making it a central part of our offering. I am very much looking forward to the opening of the Hub and being able to work collaboratively with the team in Manchester.”
