Accenture has acquired Advocate Networks, LLC, a leading technology consultancy and managed services provider of technology business management (TBM) solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Accenture Acquires Advocate Networks
Advocate is headquartered in Norcross, Georgia, and offers strategic advisory capabilities as well as TBM-as-a-service (TBMaaS). The firm also includes tools for IT value management and its services will enhance Accenture’s Accenture Momentum, myConcerto, myDiagnostic and myNav solutions with additional TBM analytics, according to the companies.
Advocate’s team of more than 85 professionals will join Accenture’s Technology Strategy & Advisory practice, Accenture said.
